The entertainment team including Pedro and Lena were amazing. I enjoyed the different entertainment programs. The staff was friendly. The food was great with many choices, even crepes and souvlaki between meals.

The lack of information upon arrival was difficult. Receptionists were not informative about the resort. A better introduction would have been helpful to understand the amenities.

I found the employees worked hard. Kostas at the lobby bar stood out (he even remembered my preferences). his coffee was delicious, and his personality created a comfortable atmosphere. i recommend his mojito, caipirinha, and blue lagoon. They are tasty.

The beach lacked a toilet, changing cabins, and garbage bins. This made beach visits slightly inconvenient.

The rooms were renovated and amazing, with nice and refreshed amenities offered daily. our family room had ample space and storage. Housekeeping was efficient. the double bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

The spa had various treatment options and great service. Marina's massage was perfect and relaxing. the pools are lovely. There were shows provided by the animation team and sports tournaments were available. there is a waterpark nearby.

repetitive foodant problem

The food was quite repetitive . I wished for more variety and different flavors each day. I encountered a slight cleanliness issue in the bathroom. I saw a few ants, and it took a little while for the staff to address it. It was not a pleasant experience, but the staff was responsive once I brought it to their attention.
